GIC India Recruitment 2017 for 33 Posts of Assistant Managers Scale I

General insurance Corporation (GIC) Jobs Notification, GIC has invited applications for 33 posts of Assistant Manager grade Scale I officers. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 27 March 2017. Candidates possessing the requisite qualifications as mentioned against the each post can apply online as mentioned in the official notification.

Assistant Manager (Legal) post candidate should posses  LLB / B.L degree from a recognized university

Assistant Manager (Agricultural/ Horticulture Science) post candidate should posses B.Sc.  Agriculture / Horticulture from a recognized university

Assistant Manager (Hindi) Post Graduate candidate should posses Hindi with English as one of the subjects in Graduation or Post Graduate in English with Hindi as one of the subjects in Graduation.

Assistant Manager (Civil Engineer) post candidate should possess Bachelor of Engineering  (Civil) from a recognized technical university.

Assistant Manager Marine Engineering post candidate should possess BE/B Tech (Marine) from a recognized technical university.

Assistant Manager Aeronautical Engineering post candidate should possess BE/B Tech (Aeronautical Engineering) from a recognized technical university.

Chartered Accountant candidates should be an associate member of  CA/ICWA institute

Assistant Manager (Information & Technology) candidate should have  B.E. / B. Tech. Engineer/MCA/IT/ Computer Science form a recognized university.

Medical (MBBS) post candidate should have completed MBBS form a MCI recognised institution.

Actuarial post candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and minimum 55% marks for SC/ST candidates Passed 7 papers of Institute of Actuaries of India or Institute & Faculty of Actuaries, London, out of which CT6 is compulsory.

Company Secretary candidates should be an associate member of ICSI or should have completed CS INTER

Executive PA/ General post candidate should have completed  Graduation from a recognised University.

The candidates applying for the above mentioned posts should fall under 21-30 years of age,  relaxation is allowed as per the Govt of India Norms for candidates belonging to the reserved category.

Selections to the Assistant Manager  Scale I posts will be made based on a Written Examination followed by an interview/ group discussion round.

Eligible candidates can apply through the website (gicofindia.in) for posts through the prescribed format and submit their applications along with other necessary documents to on or before 27 March 2017.

Application fee for the GIC India Vacancy 2017 is  Rs. 500, however ,  the candidate belonging to the reserved category are exempted from the payment of fee upon supporting their claim with relevant documents.
